In our Coding series of lessons, primary school students have applied their skills to art!
Through this Pixel Art, children have learned how to write code. Now that’s creativity in learning.
Once they learned how to create the artwork, they progressed onto creating it by writing code. Genius!
To start with, children completed the second half of a pixellated animal. Then, they created their own and their classmates had to follow the code to complete the second half.
This is a clever, collaborative code to crack! Take a look at some fantastic examples to see how it was done.
