Il personale docente di Smiling High School è appassionato della propria professione. Tutto il Team de docenti Smiling viene rigorosamente selezionati sulla base dei seguenti criteri:

  • Capacità di motivare gli studenti e costruire con loro una relazione genuina

Gli insegnanti lavorano insieme per coltivare i talenti degli studenti sulla base dei principi dell’apprendimento cooperativo. Il nostro approccio interdisciplinare significa che tutti gli insegnanti collaborano durante l’elaborazione del proprio programma annuale. Ciò garantisce un collegamento tra le materie, fornendo un atteggiamento olistico all’apprendimento; una necessità nel mondo connesso di oggi.
